To request a refund, the account holder will have to contact us, for the account you wish to cancel. At that time, we will cancel your membership and refund any one-time payment made. For member accounts that are part of an Unlimited Family plan, or Unlimited Plus plan, when an account holder request cancelation, your plans will be canceled along with the account holders.
After 14 days, annual membership purchases are final and nonrefundable. If you decide to cancel after 14 days, your membership will not renew on its next renewal date.
